Executive Director 

LEEP TeamLEEP is searching for a highly motivated and self-directed professional to serve as the full-time Executive Director. Responsible for oversight in all operations, functions and activities. Applicant will be the face of the organization and is an influential manager with ability to lead and motivate. They have great communication skills, take a holistic approach in managing the organization’s operations and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction and implementing a high quality vision. 

Compensation: Commensurate with education and experience

Recreation Lead  (Part Time)

LEEP is looking for quality staff members that are willing to take a leadership role in leisure programming. Candidates must: have a love for people with disabilities, be highly motivated, pay attention to detail, be a team player and possess good communication skills. Volunteer experience is a plus. Hours are part time and applicant must have a minimum of 2 evenings per week (3:30pm-9:00 pm) and 2 weekends per month of availability. Hours will vary 5-15 hours per week during school year, 10-20 during summer months. All applicants must at least 21  years of age and have a clean driving record, flexible schedules, and be willing to travel.  Positions starting at $9.50 per hour.  2-4 positions open for our January 12 orientation 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

1.     Background or experience working in recreation/leisure programs.

2.     Clean driving record.

3.     A genuine interest and enthusiasm in working with people with varying ability levels.

4.     Must be highly motivated and energetic.

5.     Ability to work and communicate with participants, families, staff and other professionals.

6.     Ability to make adaptations that may be needed to involve participants with disabilities.

7.     Must be responsible and have great organizational skills.
